What fitting are Rieker shoes?

What they do build in is a little more room than a standard shoe, with extra space through the toe box, which means less pressure across the joints and little toes by the end of the day. If you find most shoes feel slightly snug rather than genuinely too narrow, that bit of extra room is often all it takes.

What is RiekerTEX?
RiekerTEX is Rieker's water-repellent membrane, found in many of our Rieker boots. It sits between the outer material and the inner lining, keeping rain and wind out while staying breathable so your feet don't overheat. Worth knowing that the membrane covers the upper rather than wrapping fully underneath the foot, so these are water resistant rather than fully waterproof — grand for a wet walk to the car or the school gate, but not for standing in puddles.
