An Post is currently experiencing delays of 3 to 6 working days in the Republic of Ireland.
We are working hard to maintain the same level of excellent customer service as always and we will dispatch your order for quick delivery but please understand that delivery delays are completly out of our control.
All customers can monitor the progress of their order on the An Post tracking website.

Upon completion of your purchase, we will organise for your product to be dispatched as soon as possible. All our deliveries are handled by An Post Irelands leading parcel delivery company. Orders placed on weekdays before 4.30pm will be dispatched the same day. All goods will be inspected by us before they are dispatched from our shop. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specfied during the order process.

* All delivery times are standard working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will endeavour to deliver the products to you in the time specified. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.
** This is the minimum cost to ship parcels to any country outside of the UK & Ireland. This price may increase based on the overall weight, size and destination of the item.

We Understand That Sometimes A Product Just Doesn't Fit
The Shoe Horn allows you to return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items being returned from the Republic of Ireland can be returned for free via An Post. For items being returned from everywhere else we advise that you insure the parcel being returned so it will be traceable as we take no responsibility for goods that are lost in the transit.
Item can also be returned free of charge to our store in Skerries
To be eligible for a full refund the items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging with receipt enclosed.
When trying on shoes, ensure you try them on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the soles and, for lighter coloured styles, please use a stocking or sock when trying on your shoes. If a product is defective in any way, please contact us immediately by email at email@example.com and give description of fault. We will then advise what to do.
Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof.
Please Note: We do not offer free returns on sale items. A €4.50 return fee will be deducted from refund amount.

Once returns have been received into our shop, we will process them same day. Refunds for returns that are unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged shoe box or packaging are processed within the next business day.
Once you receive an email notification of your refund your money will appear in your account in approximately 1-7 days due to inter-bank processing times.
On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is after the Return Policy expires, if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging.
For returns from orders that included a delivery charge, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded. In the case that the return is because of an item fault then the following applies:

We shall use our reasonable endeavors to ensure that prices as quoted on our site are correct. Information displayed on this site relating to pricing is subject to change by us without notice. Where the price for a product is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount on dispatch. However, we have no obligation to sell the Product to you at the incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and noticeable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as incorrect.
If the correct product price is higher than the price on the site we will either contact you before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices include VAT (where applicable) but exclude delivery costs.
